Production Assembler; Entry-Level Manufacturing

Production Assembler (Entry-Level Manufacturing | Weekly Pay | Full-Time)

Seats Incorporated is hiring full‑time Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. If you’re looking for an entry‑level manufacturing or general labor position with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $20.15–$21.15 per hour (based on shift)

• Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM $20.15/hour
• Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays
• Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM $21.15/hour

• Assemble products using power tools, fasteners, adhesives, and other materials
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards
• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality expectations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must successfully complete a pre‑employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC).
• Ability to stand 10‑12 hours and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to be flexible in work assignments
