Spring Hill Care and Rehab in Spring Hill, KS is looking to hire full‑time and part‑time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team.

• Work 12‑hour shifts.
• 3‑day weekends every other weekend.
• Never work more than 3 days in a row.
• 7 days off every 14 days.
• Average 2 hours of overtime every week.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
• Perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card.
• Reposition residents as required.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; conduct range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, or behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and facility policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Full‑time health‑care position works 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.
