The Load Securement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our Spring Hill, TX glass and general freight operations by ensuring loads are safely and properly secured prior to transport. This position works directly with drivers during live loads, prepares and secures preloads, and follows all company and customer safety policies. The role requires strong communication skills, mechanical awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Glass Securement
  // Properly secures glass freight using approved methods to ensure safe and effective transport.
• Driver Coordination
  // Works directly with inbound drivers during live loading to ensure proper loading, securement, and communication.
• Operational Communication
  // Maintains clear communication with customers, drivers, and internal departments to support smooth operations.

  // Reports loading, equipment, and material concerns to the Lead Load Securement Specialist or Supervisor.

A High School Diploma, or equivalent, and at least one (1) year of experience in glass loading and securement. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Advanced Securement Experience
  // Brings prior experience in high-volume glass operations or specialized securement environments.

  // This position is located in Spring Hill, KS and is on-site. The working days are Monday–Friday, and the working hours are 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
