Load Securement Specialist 2nd Shift

E.W. Wylie, a proud member of TFI International, is seeking a Load Securement Specialist with a Class A CDL to join our team in Spring Hill, KS.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll help ensure glass and specialty freight is loaded and secured safely before transport. You’ll work closely with drivers, loading teams, and customers to support safe, efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Secure glass and specialty freight using approved securement methods
• Prepare and secure preloads for transportation
• Inspect loads to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Identify and report equipment, loading, or safety concerns
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

• Class A CDL required
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of glass loading and securement experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• At least 6 months of verifiable over‑the‑road tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Knowledge of glass transportation equipment and loading procedures
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical job duties
• Experience in glass transportation or specialized freight operations
• Familiarity with securement equipment and load protection materials
• Customer‑facing logistics or transportation experience

• Monday through Friday
• 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
