Warehouse Manager Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse activities, including loading customers promptly and professionally, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The role involves operating a forklift, overseeing product loading onto trucks as per order specifications, verifying load counts, and securing trucks after loading. Additionally, the manager will handle the check‑in process for incoming delivery trucks, unload inbound trucks, and prepare or submit required paperwork.

Responsibilities include inventory management and control, determining restocking needs based on inventory movement, maintaining the warehouse’s physical condition, inspecting equipment, and assessing warehouse flow. The manager will also maintain strong working relationships with warehouse personnel and sales teams.

This position is located in the Spring Hill and Olathe warehouse facilities. The company is employee‑owned, operates across 35 locations in 14 states, and offers an opportunity to become a part‑owner.
