Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the‑art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.

Our operation in Spring Hill, TN supports GM’s electric vehicle program. We run their battery assembly warehouse, managing pick‑and‑pack, sequencing, inventory control and daily production support. This role partners closely with GM leadership and onsite teams to keep staffing, reporting and workforce processes running smoothly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Shifts Available:

1st shift:
Monday - Friday / 6:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Manage daily time approval in Workday and maintain attendance and KPI tracking
  • Prepare weekly reports, including time and attendance summaries and staffing updates
  • Assist with monthly safety hour reporting
  • Support annual performance review updates, including forms, dates and basic pay/schedule changes
  • Coordinate new‑hire onboarding: emails, badges, system access and training packets
  • Maintain employee records such as attendance, badges, schedules and rate updates
  • Process terminations, including system access removal and required documentation
  • Assist with corrective action and basic employee relations documentation
  • Oversee per diem submissions and communicate staffing needs to leadership
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR/timekeeping systems
  • Strong reporting, organization and recordkeeping skills
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and evaluations
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with operations leaders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
