Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Assistant Manager at Cantara at Legacy Pointe.

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre‑close and month‑end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move‑outs.

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience, preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR.

• Pay Rate:
• Full‑time
• Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k).

• Spring Hill, TN;
  Reporting: directly to the Community Manager.
