As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we are looking for an experienced QUALITY SUPERVISOR.

As the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor and provide oversight of Key Performance Indicator response
• Lead local teams in oversight of Formal Customer Complaint response
• Provide launch support for Quality Processes
• Review Customer Portal data with local teams for status and actions required
• Conduct Internal Audits, including QMS and LPA
• Conduct training on Quality processes and support applications
• Work with functional leaders on the development of company standards and best practices
• Assess the individual plants adaption of the QMS and work with plant leadership on development and execution of action plans for improvement
• Assure compliance and cross reference of the QMS to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and industry standards, customer specific requirements, and all regulatory requirements
• Review company wide quality of corrective action responses and identify opportunities for teaching and coaching, and for system improvements
• Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the company's continuous improvement process and policies
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions

• Bachelor’s Degree (within Logistics/Supply Chain/Engineering) is highly preferred
• 3PL / Warehousing/Distribution experience is highly preferred
• Three (+) years’ Automotive Supplier or Warehousing/Distribution Operations experience is highly preferred
• Three (+) years’ required experience with Quality processes to include: PFMEA, APQP, PPAP
• Three (+) years’ required experience with Compliance and regulatory requirements to include: IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
