You will liaise between customers and technicians, listen to problems, and coordinate recommended services to meet expectations for speed and quality.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, automotive training or experience, dealer or large-facility experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean record. ASE certification is a bonus.
