Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are in search of someone who would like to grow into the role of a project manager by joining our Projects Team as a Project Coordinator/Admin!
In this role, you will work with team leadership to support current National Account Lighting Projects. This will build your skills preparing you to grow into a Project Manager. Additionally, in this role you will get an autonomous environment wherein you can manage your own work, build relationships with contractors, and help them complete the construction project to open the next new store location for our National Accounts (retailers, restaurants, banks, hospitality).
To be successful in this role,
no prior lighting experience is required
but experience
managing multiple priorities, working within deadlines, and customer service and follow up experience will be set you up for success.
Conducting takeoffs, creating project submittals, coordinating the shipment of materials and handling all field related technical questions post delivery. Additionally, this Project Coordinator/Admin will be responsible for assisting with the “health” of their accounts in regards to collection issues, inventory issues, and stocking programs.
The training process for this position will include completing Lighting 101, and you will spend some time on the Purchasing team learning our process.
Position Requirements- Project coordination experience preferred.
- Blue print reading experience preferred, not required.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- 1-2 Years work experience in a customer service related role.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy.
- Ability to identify and manage risk.
- Strong people and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

This is a hybrid position where employees will report to our office location in Spring Hill, TN, once it opens. Until then, the position will be remote.
