Now Hiring:
Construction Support Technician
Parkside Pools is looking for a dependable Construction Support Technician to assist our Construction Site Manager on residential pool builds throughout the Nashville area.
Position Overview:This role supports daily construction operations, equipment setup, job site preparation, and customer pool school. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with pool equipment sets, interior prep, and is comfortable working across multiple job sites (Spring Hill, Franklin, Columbia, Nashville, and surrounding areas).
Responsibilities:- Assist Construction Site Manager with day‑to‑day build tasks
- Handle interior prep prior to interior finish crews
- Transport tools and materials between job sites
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Communicate effectively with the construction team and homeowners
- Knowledge of pool equipment, Pool School, and interior prep
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous pool construction experience preferred but not required
