Job Description Burn Boot Camp Spring Hill is looking to add to our all-star Burn Ambassador Team.
** Burn Ambassadors (BAs)
** are the heartbeat of Burn Boot Camp Spring Hill. As the first and last point of contact, you create a high-energy, welcoming, and results-driven experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors.

This role blends customer service, sales, organization, and community engagement. You are responsible for delivering the Blue Carpet Experience, supporting memberships, promoting retail and nutrition, selling memberships, and maintaining a clean, professional front desk environment.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Member Experience
*** Greet every member and guest with high energy, eye contact, and high-fives
* Create a welcoming, inclusive environment at all times
* Answer phones, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
* Take video during camps for social media content
* Build relationships with members and support accountability
** Sales & Conversions
*** Explain Burn Boot Camp memberships, trials, and promotions
* Convert trials into memberships with confidence and integrity
* Promote Retail & Nutrition during member interactions
* Ensure payment methods and autopay information are accurate
** Administrative Duties
*** Check and respond to emails and texts each shift
* Accurately enter trials, memberships, and notes into system
* Support Focus Meetings check-outs
* Maintain organized front desk and member records
** Facility & Brand Standards
*** Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, bathrooms, and retail area
* Monitor facility supply needs and report them as needed
* Capture appropriate social media content when requested
** Team & Culture
*** Represent Burn Boot Camp values on and off shift
* Communicate clearly with trainers, leadership, and fellow BAs
* Show up on time, prepared, and coachable
* Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times
** Qualifications
* ** High-energy, outgoing personality
* Strong communication and people skills
* Comfortable with sales and goal-driven environments
* Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
* Fitness or customer service background preferred (not required)
* Comfortable using technology (Mindbody, email, phone systems)
