Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
Location:
Spring Hill, TN
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Preschool Teacher to guide children as they learn, grow, and build confidence in a structured and nurturing classroom environment.
What You Will Do
* Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
* Support social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development
* Implement daily lesson plans and structured learning activities
* Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
* Build strong relationships with families and team members
Requirements
* High school diploma required
* Completion of state required ECE training
* Experience in preschool or early childhood education preferred
* Strong classroom management skills
* Reliable, positive, and team oriented attitude
