Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Do you have a passion for planning and scheduling in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? If so, you might be the Master Scheduler we are looking for a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by levelling the activity of the plant production floor at the minimum stock level possible.
You will be accountable for communicating with customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing sales and operations planning, managing pool and safety stock levels, and following up delivery performance.
You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise resources and processes, and anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.
Minimum education level:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience in production in an industrial environment
- Minimum bilingual (English required)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Delivery performance: customer MPM, Customer Backlog.
- Alerts follow‑up: number of alerts raised, resolution effectiveness, time to solve.
- Cost effectiveness: premium freight cost to customer linked to non‑proper PDP decisions.
- Inventories: pool stock sizing, TPA sizing, gap to finished goods inventory budget.

Salary Range: USD 75,000 - 85,000
