Torrey Holistics is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer in Spring Hill, Tennessee, to support the design and optimization of production systems. The successful candidate will lead efforts in new program launches and improvements across assembly operations.
The ideal engineer will have a hands-on approach, balancing technical design with leadership on the floor. Responsibilities include developing work instructions and efficient layouts while ensuring a continuous improvement mindset in throughput and quality.
A degree in Engineering is required, with 3–5 years of experience preferred. The compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience.
