Spark Joy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in clients’ homes in Shelby, OH. The role offers 20–40 hours per week with part-time and full-time options and pays $17–$22 per hour, depending on experience and certification status.
You will lead play sessions, teach through action, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
