Contract :

• Job Title : HR Generalist
• Type of contract : Full-time
• Expected Hiring Date : March 2026

Responsibilities :

• Support the HR Manager with daily HR activities and site-level HR initiatives.
• Provide HR and administrative support to meet business objectives.
• Lead recruitment efforts and own the full hiring process for hourly roles.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and payroll-related questions.
• Assist or conduct investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
• Ensure accuracy and security of payroll systems and manage payroll-related actions.
• Advise Department Managers and Supervisors on HR-related matters.
• Support training activities and employee development initiatives.
• Promote effective communication throughout the plant and support internal communication initiatives.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience hiring hourly staff and working with staffing agencies.
• Experience with time and attendance management systems.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with and support a multicultural team.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
