Full-Time | In-Office & Field-Based
What You’ll Be Doing- Meet with homeowners, scope projects, and close work
- Build and manage weekly schedules to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
- Ensure every job meets quality and customer experience standards
- Solve problems quickly and take ownership of outcomes
- Drive revenue, profitability, and growth for your division

- Marketing systems generating consistent leads

Now we need the right leader to take ownership and scale it.
Who This Is For- 7+ years in residential repair, handyman services, or light remodeling
- Experience leading jobs or people (foreman, lead tech, etc.)
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and selling work
- Organized and understands job costing and profitability
- Driven by growth, leadership, and accountability
- Someone who avoids responsibility or decision‑making
- Someone uncomfortable with customer interaction or sales
- Someone not ready to lead and be accountable for results
This is a performance-based leadership role:
- Base compensation + performance incentives
- Profit-sharing tied directly to division performance
- Opportunity to build and lead your own team
