Description: The Director of Development serves as a senior leader and strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for advancing the mission of The Well Outreach through comprehensive fundraising leadership, donor strategy, and development systems. This role is central to sustaining and scaling the organization’s financial health as The Well continues its growth and prepares for future initiatives, including a potential capital campaign.
Key Function: Working closely with the CEO the Director of Development will drive donor engagement, cultivate major gift relationships, collaborate in fundraising strategy and execution, and serve as the organizational expert in donor management systems and data.
