Assistant Manager
Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Assistant Manager at Cantara at Legacy Pointe.
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.
Responsibilities- Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
- Audit lease and resident files.
- Process pre‑close and month‑end reports.
- Inspect apartments upon move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
- Complete statement of deposits for move‑outs.
- One year of sales/service industry experience
- Previous leasing experience, preferred
- Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non‑DOT Testing, MVR
- Pay Rate:
- Full‑time
- Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k)
- Spring Hill, TN;
