The City of Spring Hill is seeking a skilled, full-time exempt professional to manage the Traffic Department’s daily operations under the Public Works Director. This leadership role focuses on safe, efficient movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists in the City, supervising signal crews, and coordinating maintenance activities.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in traffic signal operations and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with strong MUTCD knowledge and a valid driver’s license.
