Heights Finance in LaFollette, TN is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager, drive growth, and coach the team. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, at 220 East Central Avenue.
The hourly range is $17.25–$24.25, with benefits starting on day one and a 401(k) plan with company match. You will guide loan processes, manage delinquency, lead by example, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs.
