High School Diploma - Experience:
Experience working in quality in a manufacturing environment.
Ensures quality products are produced regularly.
Daily Activities- 1.0 Quality Problem Solving
Ensures that for every quality incident, the right quality tools are applied by the production personnel through training, coaching, and leading. Conducts root cause analysis, action planning, and applies containment measures such as a quality wall or controlled shipping. Defines a problem alert for critical internal and external issues when necessary and participates in regular part rejection analysis with the customer for 0km and warranty.
- 2.0 New Product Launch
Supports the definition of limit samples with the project team for new products, participates in poka-yoke definition, sets up limit samples and problem alerts, and organizes training with production area leaders. Trains operators together with the production area leader, contributes to or leads the initial sample PPAP submission and customer run at rate with the Quality Engineer, Plant Quality Manager, and supports MPM during run rate and all manufacturing readiness operations.
- 3.0 Process Control (Control Plan Adherence)
Checks/audits that every poka-yoke is tested by the production team at the start of each shift and that controls are rigorously respected, escalating when non-compliance occurs. Updates and follows up on quality production indicators, participates in daily area production scrap reviews, updates/file and archives all related documents, and takes part with quality technicians in regular (layered) process audits and 5S audits.
Participates in the Quality Improvement Roadmap activity and working groups as required by customers, production, or quality manager. Contributes to installing preventive actions to avoid internal and customer issues and supports the QRCM process in the plant. - 5.0 People Management
