Production Supervisor

• Motivate production employees and recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
• Review daily operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Implement production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address production problems.
• Hire and train staff, conduct evaluations, manage performance, and resolve personnel concerns.
• Prepare and maintain reports including production documentation and personnel records.

• Verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and effective problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of raw materials and production processes, including quality control techniques.
• Understanding of machines and tools, including design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of design techniques related to technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

High school diploma or GED required.

Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

10+ years of relevant experience required.
