Magna Exteriors is seeking an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer in Spring Hill, TN to develop factory processes for new products and leading manufacturing launches. You will define equipment needs, workflows, and required labor, while ensuring quality and lean efficiency on the shop floor.
The role requires a B.S. in engineering, 3–5 years in assembly manufacturing, and strong CAD skills; robotics experience is a plus and you will coordinate supplier communications and customer-facing activities.
