Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor
Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting manufacturing operations, skilled trades personnel, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:
Spring Hill, TN Pay Range: $39.33 - $44.94 per hour
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, repair activities, and facility improvement projects.
- Support plant objectives related to Safety, Quality, Production, Responsiveness, and Cost.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance employees while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment.
- Experience supervising skilled trades or multi-craft maintenance teams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, including root cause analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
