Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations & Maintenance Department supporting Production, Skilled Trades, Engineering, and Plant Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills that will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Spring Hill, TN
Pay Range: $48.28 - $55.18 per hour
Schedule: Must be available for any assigned shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
Work Environment: On-site Manufacturing Facility
- Lead maintenance operations and oversee skilled trades personnel to support manufacturing performance objectives.
- Diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage planned maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise maintenance and construction projects while ensuring schedule, quality, and budget compliance.
- Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, housekeeping standards, and operational best practices.
- 10+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing, assembly, industrial, or automotive environment.
- Demonstrated experience supervising multi-trade maintenance teams, including electricians, mechanics, and technicians.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Associate degree in Engineering, technical field, or equivalent skilled trades training preferred.
- Competitive pay rate of $48.28 - $55.18 per hour.
