Supports operations to maintain regularity of the production process, escalating any critical issue to prevent a bigger problem Provides technical and operational support to production manager Supports production team members and ensures production lines are running smoothly Supports manufacturing and facility demand in the production environment. Supports production sales by ensuring timely delivery of parts Supports Lean Manufacturing initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile :
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work with and communicate with a multicultural team Solve conflicts and find common ground to maintain a positive and productive workplace Strong collaboration skills, working with multiple departments Goal oriented Adaptable to new technologies Adjustable to new workflow modifications Strong time management skills English only is sufficient; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
