Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor
- Automotive Manufacturing to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting production, quality, maintenance, and frontline leadership functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills that will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Spring Hill, TN
Pay Range: $42.01 - $48.01/hr
Contract Duration: 08/13/2026 - 08/11/2027
Work Environment: On-site Manufacturing Facility
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of production and operating employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and equipment performance.
- Monitor production, quality, and maintenance metrics to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing and processing challenges.
- Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and develop employees while maintaining production reports and personnel records.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or production leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading production teams and managing employee performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control systems, manufacturing KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience working with manufacturing equipment, maintenance teams, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Competitive pay ranging from $42.01 to $48.01 per hour
