** How You'll Make an Impact
*** Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
* Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
* Monitor work-in-progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, delays, or equipment downtime.
* Analyze capacity and resource requirements and make recommendations to optimize throughput.
* Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure product delivery aligns with specifications and deadlines.
* Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
* Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
** Your Background
*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and/or 2+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
* Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
