- Daily Product Inspections
- Compression Testing Concrete Cylinders
- Record Keeping

- Supervising 10-15 Quality Inspectors
- Prepare work instructions
- Authorization of daily time sheets for assigned Inspectors
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to Multitask
- Must be able to Self-Supervise
- Communicate effectively to team and managers
- Patience
Required:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Team Lead or leadership role within a factory environment in the past 2 years.
- Quality Control/Inspecting experience is a PLUS!
- Automotive experience is a PLUS!
- High school Diploma/GED
