Member Experience Specialist (Sales Associate) - Orange theory Fitness Spring Hill

Pay: $13-$16/hr. base + commission

What You'll Do:

* Greet and engage every guest with energy and positivity

* Guide new members through their first Orange theory experience

* Share membership options and help people choose what's best for them

* Support trainers during classes and ensure the studio runs smoothly

* Represent OTF at community and outreach events

* Keep our studio clean, welcoming, and organized
