Fitness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor – Orange theory Fitness Spring Hill

Pay: $16–$18/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Orange theory Fitness Franklin is looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

This is not a passive front desk position. We are looking for professionals who are confident in building relationships, following up with leads, and converting prospects into long-term members while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, text follow-up, studio tours, and in-person interactions
• Build relationships with prospective and current members
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver an energetic, welcoming, and professional first impression
• Manage lead follow-up and appointment scheduling with urgency and consistency
• Represent Orange theory Fitness at community events and local outreach opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale
• Highly dependable with strong work ethic and professionalism
• Positive attitude with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends

Morning Shift: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
