Join a high-energy team where your personality and people skills matter. As a Sales Associate at Orange theory Fitness, you’ll be the first face members see, helping them feel welcome, supported, and excited about their fitness journey.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and connect with guests and members
• Give tours & explain the Orange theory experience
• Make calls & follow up with potential members
• Celebrate milestones and encourage consistency
• Assist with front desk duties & studio organization

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, positive personality
• Strong communication & people skills
• Strong sales, retail, or customer service experience
• Comfortable talking on the phone & answering questions
• Reliable for late afternoons /weekends (some holidays)
• Interest in health & fitness (no experience needed—we’ll train you!)
