In-Store Appointment Representative

ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring an In-Store Appointment Representative. In this role, you'll work inside partner retail locations to engage shoppers, introduce ARS/Rescue Rooter home comfort solutions, and schedule in-home consultation appointments. You'll answer basic product and service questions, qualify potential customers, and input accurate lead information. Success in this position requires strong communication, a friendly, professional presence, reliability, and the ability to meet or exceed appointment goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers to promote ARS/Rescue Rooter home services
• Explain basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service offerings
• Qualify potential customers based on interest and home needs
• Schedule in-home consultation appointments accurately
• Enter and maintain lead and appointment data in company systems
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
• Collaborate with field and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads
