As a Repair Technician Apprentice
, you’ll begin as an assistant. This is a physically active, hands‑on role in a specialized skilled construction trade for people who want more than routine work and know they do not belong at a desk. You can build valuable skills and earn trust through hard work, accountability, and a willingness to learn. The apprenticeship is not just training for one job—it is the foundation for a long‑term career path that can lead to multiple future roles as our company grows and new positions are created.
You’ll Do
- Assist senior technicians with inspections, repairs, and installations
- Learn brick masonry, welding, concrete
, and gain more advanced skills - Safely work at heights (ladders, scaffolding, rooftops) year‑round
- Operate tools and handle physical tasks such as lifting and material handling
- Help repair and reline fireplaces, chimneys, and venting systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment

- Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required

- Reliable daily commute to Spring Hill, KS, or willingness to relocate

- Trade school education, JROTC/ROTC, or military experience is a plus (not required)

Once invited to join, apprentices receive paid, on‑the‑job training and related technical instruction, preparing them for certification and advancement into repair crew leadership roles
