We’re a fast-growing home service company expanding into HVAC and looking for a reliable, customer-friendly HVAC technician to join our team. This is NOT a high‑pressure sales environment. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants consistent, steady income with upside.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform basic installs and replacements
- Communicate clearly with customers (huge priority)
- Identify legitimate repair vs replacement situations
- Experience in residential HVAC (does NOT need to be master‑level)
- Must have EPA Section 608 Certification
- Strong people skills (this matters more than being ultra‑technical)
- Reliable, professional, and shows up on time
- Able to work independently
- $22–$30/hr base (depending on experience)
- Commission on repairs and installs
- Bonuses for reviews and maintenance plans
- Steady workflow (no chasing jobs)
- Supportive, no‑drama work environment
We already have an established customer base, you won’t need to find your own work, and we offer an opportunity to grow as we expand HVAC services.
