LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN - RCI MECHANICALS (Murfreesboro, TN)

Full Time | Competitive Pay | No On-Call

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Lead or assist with full system installations
• Support mechanical, electrical, and general project tasks to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and office staff
• Document findings, recommendations, and completed work with accuracy and detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Represent RCI with professionalism, integrity, and pride
• Demonstrate leadership qualities that support team growth and future management responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
• EPA Certification (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist with light electrical, plumbing assists, and general project support
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right the first time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Leadership mindset - someone who can mentor, guide, and help build a strong HVAC team
• Ambition to grow into a management role as the company expands
