About the company

- Room to grow into more autonomy, or run the service side of the business, depending on experience.
We're partnered with an established electrical contractor near Nashville with heavy builder relationships
, handling residential and multifamily new construction along with service work.
The team provides electrical installation, service, repairs, and upgrades for homeowners and construction clients, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and dependable field operations.
What the job entails
- Complete residential electrical service work, repairs, upgrades, rough-ins, trim-out, and select commercial projects.
- Perform panel upgrades, troubleshoot electrical issues, and deliver code-compliant installations in line with NEC standards.
- Take ownership of assigned service calls and projects from start to finish, with strong attention to workmanship, safety, and communication.
- Make sound field decisions, solve problems on site, and help ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
- Communicate directly with leadership regarding project status, challenges, and opportunities to improve field operations.
- Support and mentor other electricians as the team continues to grow, with potential for increased responsibility over time
Key requirements / What we look for
- Experienced electrician, a plus if you're comfortable in new construction and eventually running service calls.
- Solid working knowledge of NEC standards, residential wiring, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and maintain high standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and professional communication.
- Electrical license or relevant credentials preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
