Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
Crown is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Johnson City, TN manufacturing site. The role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern (2-2-3) from 7 AM to 7 PM, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, safety-focused under OSHA standards, and capable of working independently or with a team to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, HVAC controls, hydraulics and thermal systems, plus electrical and instrument loops.
