Join our team as Weekend Soccer Referees! We need dedicated individuals to officiate games, engage with players to boost their skills and assist in setting up and running events. We seek passionate individuals with technical expertise and a knack for mentorship on the court.

• Officiate Sports games with fairness and integrity, ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the sport.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players during games, emphasizing skill development and sportsmanship.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for players, encouraging teamwork, respect, and healthy competition.
• Actively engage with players, offering personalized coaching to help them improve their game strategies and techniques.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, serving as a role model for young athletes both on and off the field.
• Collaborate with other referees and coaches to ensure smooth game operations and effective communication.
• Carefully set up and break down venues, demonstrating consideration to maintain positive relationships with the venue.

• Lift/carry a minimum of 35lb
• Can commit to full weekend work
• Prior experience in officiating basketball games or relevant sports activities.
• Strong understanding of basketball rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with young athletes.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching youth players, fostering their personal and athletic development.
• Ability to remain composed and make quick, fair decisions in high-pressure game situations.
• Commitment to upholding the values of sportsmanship and fair play.
