Warehouse Coordinator
The Warehouse Coordinator is the backbone of our day‑to‑day warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on, keep‑things‑moving kind of role – you will be the person who makes sure inventory gets where it needs to go, shipments are received and documented properly, and every department has what they need to do their job. No two days look exactly the same, and that is honestly part of what makes it a great fit for the right person.

Inventory Manager
Department:
Operations – Inventory
Your day will be a mix of recurring responsibilities and whatever the warehouse throws t days start with a van run between our two locations to pick up and deliver finished inventory, followed by restocking, receiving, and keeping things organized. Afternoons are typically a blend of project work, cycle counts, and cross‑department support. On shipment days, that becomes the main event – planning space, coordinating labor, receiving and verifying freight, and logging everything properly.
The rest of the time, you are the person other departments rely on to keep supplies flowing and the warehouse running smoothly.
- Transport finished inventory between locations daily and manage the full van run process
- Plan for, receive, verify, and organize all incoming shipments – from small parcels to full freight
- Restock e‑commerce and wholesale fulfillment areas, maintaining accurate inventory records
- Keep CONEX units and storage areas organized and the inventory map up to date
- Assist with daily cycle counts and help resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Support other departments with materials, supplies, and general warehouse needs
- Communicate incoming shipments and updates to relevant teams via Slack
- 2+ years of experience in inventory movement or warehouse management
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Clear communicator – you will work with a lot of different people and departments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Operationally minded – you spot problems before they become problems
- Forklift certification (no cert? no problem – we will get you trained)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience in a multi‑location warehouse environment
You like having ownership over your work and do not need someone looking over your shoulder every step of the way. You show up, figure out what needs to happen, and make it happen. You handle interruptions well, pivot quickly when plans change, and still keep the important stuff moving forward. You communicate clearly and stay organized even when it is busy – and take pride in a well‑run warehouse.
Bonus points if you have a good sense of humor – our team is great, and we like to keep it that way.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Long‑Term Disability Insurance
