Warehouse Coordinator, Spring Hill, TN – Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with occasional overtime

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for providing information and guidance to our customer’s personnel regarding the operation of the cross‑dock, scheduling inbound trailers, and reporting material on the customer’s system.

• Schedule inbound trailers to the dock
• Report material on the customer’s system
• Act as a trouble‑shooter for material that cannot be processed through normal channels
• Handle the processing of "hot" parts
• Handle field calls and answer questions regarding material that flows through the cross‑dock
• Update material flow information in the cross‑dock database, monitor non‑conformance by suppliers/carriers, and record issues in the Issues Database
• Ensure that material flows smoothly and efficiently through the cross‑dock
• Ensure that information is shared timely with personnel from the customer and Ryder

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma/GED

• Three (3) years or more previous experience in the department, required
• Three (3) years or more experience with customer inventory systems (host systems), preferred

• Create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks
• Math skills to analyze data
• Produce and deliver effective presentations
• Build strong customer relationships
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Walk on concrete floors for 8 hours daily
• Flexibility to operate and self‑driven in a fast‑paced environment
• Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Intermediate knowledge of cross‑dock processes
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications for tracking and reporting (Excel, Word, Ryder YMS, Cross Dock database)

Hourly: $23.00 – $23.00. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
