Job Description
The main requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) Applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and to be customer service oriented. Customer Representatives need to speak with customers throughout their shift and must know how to deal with various customer-related issues. They must also be well versed in product details, services, charges, and other related information that will be needed by customers.
CSRs will also learn basic store operations to include but not limited to making pizzas and product control.
