Van Metre is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Stone Gate Apartments in Spring Lake, NC to handle general maintenance, repairs in apartments and buildings, and ensure curb appeal and safety. You will respond to resident service requests under the Property Manager and Service Manager.
Essential duties include preventative maintenance, repairs, record-keeping, inventory management and after-hours on-call coverage to support 24/7 operations.
