Perm - Pediatric Hospitalist Physician – Henderson, NV

• Start Date: 10/03/2026
• Duration: Permanent, full-time position
• Shift: Twelve 12-hour shifts per month
• Hours/Week: 36 hours
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible Pediatrician
• Experience Needed: Recent inpatient experience preferred; open to fresh graduates

• Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (compensation package discussed upon application)

• Provide high-quality pediatric emergency care in a busy, 30-bed pediatric ER with nearly 55,000 annual visits
• Collaborate with Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians, hospitalists, and subspecialty teams
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of residents, fellows, and medical students
• Work alongside child life specialists and social workers to support patient care
• Participate in patient handoffs and ensure seamless transitions with ICU, CVICU, and NICU teams
• Maintain clinical excellence through adherence to protocols and patient safety standards
• Utilize support staff and resources to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction

• A current valid medical license in Nevada or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Recent inpatient or emergency experience desired
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
