The Clark County Building Department is seeking qualified candidates for the Building Permit Specialist I/II to support applicants, contractors and the public through the permitting process. You will assist customers in person, by phone and online, review plans, calculate and collect fees, and help ensure compliance with county codes.
Training and certifications are supported; successful candidates may be promoted from Specialist I to II after training.
