As a Team Leader for Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in impacting the community by delivering care, support, and influential leadership, fostering inspiring patient outcomes. You will ensure policies, procedures, and treatments are meticulously implemented while providing compassionate, personalized care to patients. You will access cutting‑edge technology within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with day‑to‑day operations of a therapy team or discipline.
• Delegate and supervise tasks of therapist assistants and technicians.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training, and communications to provide adequate coverage for patient treatments.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met.
• Provide patient care in a licensed discipline 80%-90% of work hours.
• Create an environment and culture that enforces the hospital mission, meets or exceeds goals, holds staff accountable, and motivates staff to improve performance.
• Hold staff accountable for performance, motivate staff to improve, and be responsible for the operation of the department, including measurement, assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Help staff improve clinical skills and overall performance through development and mentoring.

• Licensed discipline required with competence in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
