Job Summary The Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator, reporting to the Scheduling Supervisor, is responsible for serving as the operational hub of our Language Service Provider (LSP), ensuring the seamless delivery of interpretation and translation services. This role is responsible for the complex "logistical puzzle" of matching client requests with the most qualified linguists across subject matters.

Duties And Responsibilities- Interpreter Coordination:
Manage a team of skilled interpreters, maintaining their schedules, ensuring their readiness for assignments, and supporting them throughout the process. - Dispatch Excellence:
Efficiently assign interpreters to appointments based on their expertise, location, and availability while juggling time-sensitive demands. - Client Communication:
Liaise with clients to understand their language service needs and ensure a smooth interpretation process, while providing exceptional customer service. - Problem Solving:
Tackle logistical challenges head-on, adapting to last-minute changes and ensuring that all parties are well-informed and comfortable with the revised arrangements. - Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the enhancement of our interpreter coordination and dispatch systems.

- Previous experience in interpreter coordination, dispatch, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
