Manager, OR New Business Service

Orange and Rockland Utilities is seeking to recruit a Manager - New Business Services. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, goal-oriented and demonstrate a strong commitment to employee development, performance improvement and specification compliance. Must be able to apply strong business leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required in order to effectively interact with employees, customers, contractors, and municipal officials.

Proven ability to devise and implement constructive changes in work processes while engendering a team-spirited work environment is vital to success. A Bachelors degree preferred with five to seven years of experience is required.

The candidate must possess a minimum of seven years of supervisory experience and demonstrate a proven ability to supervise, lead and motivate a diverse work force.
